How to Enable Users for Lead & Opportunity Assignment
Only users who have been properly set up will appear in the Assigned To dropdown list. Follow the steps below to enable a user:
Step 1: Access User Profiles

Log in as an Administrator.

Navigate to: Admin Settings > User Profiles.

Select the user you want to enable.
Step 2: Update General Settings

In the user’s profile, scroll down to the General Settings section.

Locate the toggle labeled “Assign leads to this user.”

Turn this toggle ON.
Step 3: Save the Profile

Scroll to the bottom-right corner of the page.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Completion
Once these steps are completed, the selected user will now appear in the Assigned To dropdown when creating or editing Leads and Opportunities. This ensures they can be assigned new prospects and begin managing them immediately.
