Payment Settings Guide

This article provides an overview of the payment settings available in the system, including configuration options for credit card and ACH payments.

Payment Settings

Maximum Credit Card Payment Amount

• Defines the upper limit for credit card payments.
• Payments exceeding this amount will not be processed.

Default Settings

Online Payment Defaults

• Enable online payments by default in quotes: Automatically allows online payment options on new quotes.
• Enable online payments by default in invoices: Automatically enables online payment options on new invoices.

Payment Methods

ACH Payments

• Enable ACH payment: Allows customers to make payments using ACH.
• Add ACH Stripe fee to total: Adds a fee to cover ACH transaction costs. The maximum allowable fee is $5.00. Learn More
