Exporting WIP from the Orders Module

Before exporting WIP, it’s important to understand what Mothernode considers Work in Progress (WIP).

In Mothernode, WIP includes any order using native system statuses that are not marked as Completed or Canceled. This means the WIP export is designed to help you review active orders that are still open, in production, pending completion, or otherwise not finalized.

You can use the Advanced Search options in the Orders Module to filter the data you want to see on screen before exporting. For more information on creating advanced searches, see this related article: Click here

Exporting WIP

To export WIP from the Orders Module:

  1. Go to the Orders Module.
  2. Use Advanced Search to apply the filters for the orders you want to include.
  3. Review the filtered results on screen.
  4. Click the Export WIP command at the top right of the report.

Once submitted, Mothernode will generate your WIP XLS file and email it to you when the export is complete.
