Mothernode customers should take note of the following significant changes and updates that are now available in their Mothernode account. As always, we encourage users to read the release notes. This release contains new features, enhancements, workflow changes, and bug fixes. Some of these features were introduced throughout the year and are now formally assigned a release. - In transaction File Tabs, users can filter files by category in both the desktop and mobile app.
- Filtering enhancements have been made to the jobs board.
- A new Resource Planning board was added for production employees.
- Quantities can now be selected in Unit Cost, which can be added when adding components in FreeForm BOM.
- Primary contacts have been added to the location lists in customer accounts.
- Badging visuals have been improved for locations.
- Line Item Classes and Record classes have been added to QBO and QBD syncs.
- Updates have been made to accommodate new UPS and FedEx Integration requirements.
- Default start time selection options have been added to the job schedule.
- Image files can be opened in New Tabs.
- Notes are now defaulting to expanded to show 3 per page on desktop and mobile.
- A pinning option has been added to the transaction notes.
- Users can now pin events and calendar appointments in leads, customers, contacts, and vendors.
- Credit card payment options have been added to transactions. This enables users to collect “convenience fees” when creating invoices and deposit invoices.
- The WO Calendar hint has been expanded to include the same information from the side pane?
- Division filtering was added to Work Order Calendars for offices with multiple divisions.
- Users can now adjust the invoice date in the ready-for-invoice listing.
- You can now make purchase orders from WO Orders.
- The Order Process Date was added to the Ready for Production Listing screen so you can sort orders by the date they were processed.
- A new Progress Invoicing warning has been added to orders when users activate progress invoicing to remind them of its intended use.
- The files tab is now available in the Time Entry screen in desktop mode.
- A new Task Gannt Chart has been added to tasks in transactions in Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Work Orders, and POs. Project files and Customer records will be updated in a future release.

- Users can now add files to tasks.
- Users are now prompted for a reason when setting an opportunity to lost or cancelled.
- Users can now view more production notes onscreen.
- Users can now create Work Orders from Production Orders.
- You can now create an ad-hoc Freeform Component when using Freeform BOM.
- UI Updates have been made to Freeform BOM.
- In the Work Order Calendar, users can now select multiple installers and equipment to view availability on the calendar.
