How to activate Marketing Automation

Mothernode’s Marketing Automation feature allows you to send up to 25,000 emails/month without any additional cost to your current Mothernode Subscription. There is no limit on the number of regular emails you can send when emailing customers or contacts from within your Mothernode account. The 25,000 emails applies exclusively to number of emails sent in campaigns and follow-up sequences during any given month. While providing you with 25,000 emails free is a generous offering compared to most other services, we know that there may be times that you need more. So we offer a simple pricing model to help you achieve your email marketing goals.

Within any given month, if you distribute more than 25,000 emails via campaigns or sequences you will automatically purchase an additional 25,000 emails for that period only. Your account will be charged immediately. During the same period, if you send more than 40,000 emails, then your plan will automatically purchase another 25,000 emails for that month. Your unused purchased emails do not rollover into the next month. Once the next month begins, your email spend is reset back to the 25,000 emails.

To enable your Marketing Automation you must have Administrator access.  Follow the steps below to enable the Marketing Automation for your Mothernode account. 

  1. Login to Mothernode
  2. Go to the Administration menu
  3. Click the Company Profile option
  4. Go To the Marketing Automation tab
  5. Enter your name in the Approved by field (see image below)
  6. Click the box indicating that you have read and agree to the terms of service (see image below)
  7. Click the Enable Marketing Module button to finalize (see image below)
