Attaching leads to accounts

In certain circumstances new leads may actually already be related to an existing customer account, Mothernode makes it easy to attach a lead record to an existing account.

  1. Open the lead record you want to  attach.
  2. Click attach to accounts

 

 

 

 

3. Select the customer you want to attach the lead to.
