Mothernode includes the following Case Status and Rules.
Not Started: Indicates the case has not yet been assigned.
In Progress: The case has been assigned to someone and activity has begun.
On Hold: The case has been suspended until further notice.
Resolved: The case is closed.
Canceled: The case has been canceled.
