In an effort to efficiently manage selection lists in Mothernode CRM, Administrators can edit the Sales Rep and Project Manager selection lists that appear in Customer, Contact, Quote, Order and Work Order records. This enables Administrators to specify only those Mothernode CRM users that should appear on Sales Rep or Project Manager selection lists, making the selections easier and faster to work with.
Administrators will see a gear symbol next to the Sales Rep/Project Manager fields in Customer, Contact, Quote, Order and Work Order records:
Click the gear symbol to open the window that enables selection of those users that should appear in the selection list:
Once the desired users are selected, click Save.
Users will now see a more concise, easier to use selection list:
If you saved the selections for the Sales Rep field, then repeat the process for Project Manager (and Support Rep in the Customer Profile record).
