How do I reactivate an account?

Mothernode automatically process your monthly subscription using the credit card on file, each month at the same time of day as the previous payment. In the event there is a problem processing your credit card, two additional attempts will be made on the following days at the same time.

Example:

Attempt # 1: Monday @ 1:59PM

Attempt # 2: Tuesday @ 1:59PM

Attempt # 3: Wednesday @ 1:59PM

If the attempt to process your credit card fails for the third time on Attempt #3, access to your Mothernode account will be suspended. To reactivate your account, follow any onscreen or emailed instructions or you can complete the following online form to reactivate your account. Your account will be reactivated as soon as your credit card is successfully processed and you will be notified via email.
