The Location Label setting allows you to rename the label of the Location tab, which is one of the available tab functions in the Customer Profile. This function is typically used to store additional location addresses for customers that have multiple locations. Specific locations may then be selected in new transactions.

If you work with contractors and have them listed as a customers in your Mothernode account, you can alternately use the Locations tab to log every Project address that the contractor is associated with. If this is a typical scenario for your business, you have the option of relabeling the Locations tab to Projects.
Follow the instructions below to change the Locations label to reflect Projects. You must be an Administrator in order to make this change.
- Login to Mothernode
- Go to the Administration menu
- Click Settings and then select General Settings
- Locate the Location Label setting
- Update the label to the desired name, and click Save
The tab will now read Projects in the Customer Profile:
