Mothernode CRM helps bridge the gap between sales and marketing by allowing users to configure their sequences to automatically create brand new leads for highly engaged contacts. Enabling this feature allows users to set the desired score to which a lead can automatically be created for a contact that exhibits a high level of engagement.
To accomplish this, you must have at least one marketing sequence that you plan on sending to one or more contacts.
- Create a new sequence or open and existing sequence
- Check the box that says Automatically create Lead when the score is greater than
- Add a score value
- Assign the lead to a sales rep
a. Determine a score that has significant meaningful weight to ensure only the most interested contacts are converted to leads
b. Contacts who are already leads will be exempt from this process
