Attaching files to records

Mothernode CRM gives users the ability to attach files to Customer Accounts, Contacts, Leads/Opportunities and Transactions, such as Quotes, Orders, etc.

Additionally, files can be managed from the global File Cabinet, which is available from the Productivity menu.

Click New from the global File Cabinet, or click the Upload button from the record’s File tab to begin the upload process:

Enter the Customer name and brief description of the file, select an applicable category, and click the Upload Files button to select the file from your computer. Then click Save to complete the upload process.

Note: Categories can be set up and adjusted by Administrators.
