Adding Lead Recipients

Not all users can be assigned to leads, because not all users are sales reps. Mothernode Administrators can determine which users can be assigned to leads by adding the user as a lead recipient in their profile, via the administration module.

  1. Click the Administration Menu.
  2. Click users accounts.
  3. Access the user profile you want to edit.
  4. Set Lead Recipient settings to YES
  5. Save the record.
