Default Settings – Payment Terms & Pricing Level

The Payment Terms and Pricing Level fields can be set to have default values.  Setting default values for both of these fields will allow new records to automatically default to your selections upon creation. Follow the instructions below to set  your default values:

  1. Login to Mothernode
  2. Go to the Administration menu, and click Settings
  3. Locate and click the General Default Values menu option
  4. Under Billing Terms set the default values for the Payment Terms and Pricing Level fields
  5. Click Save to finalize changes

In the image above, we see that the default for the Payment Terms field has been set to Per contract terms, and the default value for the Pricing Level field has been set to Standard Pricing.
