Mothernode CRM enables users to assign tasks to other users and then dispatch the task to them, once it’s been properly authored.
- Write up the task and make sure all the fields are complete. Be sure the instructions in the task are clear.
- Select the user you want to assign the task to from the Assign To drop down list.
- Optional: If you want to be notified when the task is complete, then check the box Notify Assigned By when Complete. Once the task is marked completed the Assigned By user will receive an email.
- Click Dispatch Task.
Tasks that have been dispatched are automatically assigned to their designated user and the Task Details are emailed to the assigned to user.
